as I researched the meaning of my name, I learned that ‘hunter’ is a synonym for seeker,
and [a] ‘lee’ can be referred to as a peaceful meadow.
that meaning has rooted itself within me through my years.

it is an integral part of my story and who I have become. 
before being a therapist, I am a human. 
like You, I, too, have a story // the meadows of my life have not always been peaceful.
I have chosen, and continue to choose, to seek them out
